when a customer came to the counter, he (she) can see the M8 interface. here are many functions can be checked. when he (she) want to make a evaluation feedback. he will press the device evaluation. the evaluation device would say ""please evaluate my service"" to remind the customer to evaluate.customers press the figure on the terminal device to evaluate service level (or others) according to their own service experience, after the completion of the assessment, device will say "thank you". also if he (she) want using others fuction, it is easy to operate.
Data transmission process: data transmit from terminal to the client software, transmit to the server through local area network ; Server record and deal with data, you can set up working state of the evaluation using system management software and query evaluation data using system management software.
Management module (system software)
Your computer needs to install systems management software; and open your browser and enter your IP, namely, https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, click to “enter”. Then enter your account to login.
Background management interface will be displayed after login,
there are mainly four modules:
1.home: show basic settings and customer feedback info.
2.inqure: query feedback data of various units/departments/staff and export form
3.analysis: analysis of evaluation data to guide decisions
4.system: system settings, add info of unit/department/staff
4.help: teach you how to use the functions above

Evaluation function:
Video Collecting: Using front-facing camera to collect the business video on site, so as to avoid confliction.
Service Evaluation:Professional service evaluation function .Evaluation content can be customized. It is high class and practical.
AD display function:
can display pictures, video etc on loop. Users can add ad info on the management software; then can change the playing content at will. it is used to promote product and company image.
Notice function:
Users can add notice info on the management software; it is used for announcement; notice, and remind.
survey function:
Users can add survey questions on the management software; then display on M8. it is used for announcement; notice, and remind. for more accurate understanding of customer feel; Better service to the customers.
M8 Customer Intelligent Terminal uses modular design. Beside the main frame module, all the function module can be loaded and unloaded dynamically by configuration management. If clients have special request, new function modules can be developed rapidly. After having loaded and run them , they can not only meet clients’ requirement, but also can’t have bad effect on other function module.

1 M8 host Having all the features of traditional evaluation device; 8-inches true color LCD touch screen; can display employees’ photos, corporate images or videos, images, text, etc. It can also display customer info; Using the built-in WiFi wireless communication. 2 Sundyn communication suite It is only used when m8 cannot be controlled via client software, Connected with M8 and Voice controller, used to communication between M8, Voice controller and management software.
3 Voice controller Connected with M8, used to control M8 to broadcast voice of “Please evaluate”; at the same time, it embedded with a contactless IC card reader , using for staffs to swipe staff card when they come to work; it can be placed on the staff desktop for their operation.
4 Staff card CAID-RF a contactless IC card, can save the staff’s info such as company, department, post job number, name ,etc. Can be used for staff identification, make the evaluation data consistent with the staff; used together with voice controller; one for each staff.
5 System Management Software Can manage the pictures, videos and other contents that M8 displayed; Be available for a variety of inquiries and statistics; can generate reports and print them automatically ; Support functions of setting working hours, and making malicious evaluation invalid.
6 Leadership Query Software B / S structure, without having to install the client program, comfortable interface; real-time inquiry; statistics is rich and detailed.
